Jewelry by Norma – Policies

Payment Methods – I accept payment by credit card through PayPal only at this time. If you wish to pay by check, only US – based bank checks will be accepted. Please contact me at homestead_soaps_and_crafts@hotmail.com or 724-573-1020 to make arrangements.

Layaways – Layaways are available with a minimum of 25% down. Jewelry pieces must be paid for within 6 months or the down payment will be forfeit. No pieces will be shipped until final payment is received.Shipping – I will ship within 1 to 3 days of receipt of payment. Items paid by check will be shipped when the check clears the bank. (3-7 days)

Packaging – All jewelry pieces will arrive in an appropriate jewelry box packed in either a bubble pack or box depending on number of items being shipped. It will be carefully padded to protect the item(s) being shipped.

Returns – As noted all items are packaged carefully, if an item arrives damaged, please contact me immediately. If you are not completely satisfied with a piece please notify me within 3 days of receipt. I will refund the full price of the jewelry piece (shipping not included) after it has been returned in its original condition. Return packaging must protect the jewelry pieces appropriately.
